- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- During high-volume periods, processing may take 3–4 business days.
- We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Order weight
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping speed
We currently ship within:
- United States

3. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
4. Delivery Estimates
Typical delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Carrier delays are outside of our control.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Haloum is not responsible for:
- Failed deliveries
- Lost packages due to incorrect address information
- Re-shipment costs caused by customer-provided errors
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as “delivered” but has not been received:
- Please contact the shipping carrier directly as a first step.
- We will assist with the investigation when possible.
- Replacement or refunds are not guaranteed in these cases.
7. Warm Climate Shipping
Because gummies may be affected by heat:
- During warmer months, we may use insulation or cold packs when available.
- We recommend selecting faster shipping if temperatures exceed 80°F (27°C).
- Haloum is not responsible for melting or texture changes during transit.
